Is a "distracting" automotive paint job illegal?I have an idea for a paint job but I think that, for the same reason neon is illegal for anything but show use, that it will be concidered too distracting. I would hate to pay alot of money for it and just get a ticket every two seconds. Its nothing vulgar or inapropriate, it will just draw alot of attention, garunteed!
I know that there are many extravegant designs like on the Alpine show cars, but those are for show, so Im not so sure about a daily driver.
